We are situated on 50 beautiful acres of valley, rolling hills and mountainous terrain.   

 

Our Main Barn

• deck that overlooks the outdoor arena.

The Outdoor arena is 100' x 225' with lime sand footing containing a course of jumps. 

​

The Round Pen is 65' with sand footing. 

​

The Hill Pastures are  6 Paddocks located above the main barn that are situated on a hill and range from 1 to 2 acres each. They are fenced with 3 board poplar wood.  

​

Creek Paddock is 2 acres with 2 open air stalls.

​

Dry Lot 1 consists of 2 Covered open stalls with runs. 

​

Dry Lot 2 is a 12'x24' run in shed with a small paddock attached. 

​

The Lower Barn is an open air shed row barn 6 stalls situated next to a beautiful spring fed creek. 

​

The Lower 3 paddocks are 1/4 acre in size and are on flat terrain. 

​

The Lower Round pen is 75', built for lessons and starting young stock. The footing is lime sand edged with a grass center. This area is also used for turnout. 

​

The Gallop Track is an open multi-level 1/2 mile oval with 2 inclines at about 20 degrees. Currently under construction.

​

The Upper Pastures, currently under construction. Several 2 acres parcels for grazing, consisting of Run in sheds. 

​

3 miles of Trails are intertwined throughout properties valleys, mountains, creeks, paddocks and facilities.
